Great stay a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the town , 30 second walk from the beach, loads of great restaurants around and a few shops. The owners are lovely had loss of recommendations and always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed.

Everything was just perfect, Khanh is looking after everybody so well. The house is beautiful, rooms are big and clean, swimming pool is big. The people around is really friendly, go see the lovely lady on the beach 1min walk from the house, get some drinks and food and chill out! We were supposed to stay 2 days and ended up staying 6 days until we leave Vietnam!

Super nice host, clean room, tasty food just in the middle of paradise. I don't have words to describe how we felt there.

The room was incredibly spacious and a big balcony! 5 Minutes walk to Old Town. Perfect place to stay and incredibly good value for money!

It is a cute, quaint family run establishment and Vincent really is one of the nicest, most genuinely helpful person I’ve come across in a long time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a lap pool for you to have a swim and he is always ready to help. He gave us a map of the Area with his Food recommendations and they are all spot on.

Nastanitev Alley Garden Homestay Hoi An se nahaja v Hoi Anu, manj kot 1 km od znamenitosti Pokriti japonski most Cau Nhat Ban in 15 min hoje od znamenitosti Muzej Hoi An Historic, ter ponuja... the room was clean and the facilities were much much nicer than what we ever expecting for a home stay since it was in a very twisty back alley. The family was AMAZING. They were incredibly welcoming even to the point of inviting us to their family lunch. We had plans so we first tried to politely refuse but they were insistent and we’re so glad we accepted their offer. The one missing member of their family from the meal was the one who had a little English. Since we’re have no Vietnamese it was a fun experience trying to communicate. on top of all this the matriarch of the family kept giving us little treats every time she saw us over the three days—cold water bottles and little plates of fruit. It was like we were staying at our grandmothers house!

We stayed here during our visit to Hoi An and the family was super nice and helpful. We lost a luggage and they helped with our dealing with the airline. The rooms are nice and cosy, they have all the amenities you might need including AC and a fan. There is hot water in the shower and sink, and the shower has great water pressure. The location is great, just minutes from all the action. They also offered airport pickup and laundry service at a reasonable price.

Located on a quiet street and very close to the city center. Very clean. The host provides excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. Responds quickly. The home is beautifully decorated.
