Could not have been better. So close to the beach. Breakfast was delicious. They cleaned my room everyday I was there. Comfy bed, hot water, good AC. The pool was perfect temperature. Woman running the place was so nice and so helpful with perfect English. Will certainly be staying here again!

An awesome little homestay right on the water. The host family organised everything for us - boats, motorbikes, food, etc - and collated everything into one (very cheap!) bill... We'll definitely be back!

Linnavaatega HOIANIAN CENTRAL VILLA pakub tasuta jalgrataste, aia ja terrassiga majutust umbes 700 meetri kaugusel Jaapani katusega sillast. My time at the Hoianian was perfect, starting with the warm welcome by the owner Susan. She and her family did their best for a perfect stay. My room, bathroom and private balcony were very spacious, modern and comfortable. If featured a huge bed with top quality mattress and linen, adequate furniture, nice decoration, water kettle, plenty of space to accommodate belongings... The whole property is new, clean and well taken care of. A good breakfast was included in the rate. Complimentary coffee, tea and water were available all day long. The location is perfect, central but quiet. The cost-benefit was excellent - unfortunately I had to move to another property for my last days in Hoi An and what I got for similar price was way below the Hoianian accommodation standard and service. I cannot find enough words to recommend this place and the extremely nice persons who run it. It was hard to leave, I would definitely stay there again when visiting beautiful Hoi An.

Kohapeal on restoran, ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt, ühine köök ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. the room is super clean and spacious enough (including toilet). there is a pool, though I wasn’t able to use. most importantly, Vincent is the nicest host/owner ever. he’s super helpful and friendly—superb customer service. i’ll definitely book Vincent’s House again if I return to Hoi An. Thank you, Vincent!

Jaapani katusega sild on vähem kui 1 km kaugusel. the room was clean and the facilities were much much nicer than what we ever expecting for a home stay since it was in a very twisty back alley. The family was AMAZING. They were incredibly welcoming even to the point of inviting us to their family lunch. We had plans so we first tried to politely refuse but they were insistent and we’re so glad we accepted their offer. The one missing member of their family from the meal was the one who had a little English. Since we’re have no Vietnamese it was a fun experience trying to communicate. on top of all this the matriarch of the family kept giving us little treats every time she saw us over the three days—cold water bottles and little plates of fruit. It was like we were staying at our grandmothers house!

This was a beautiful quiet property tucked down a little lane way but still so close to all the attractions. The female owner was super helpful and booked all my tours and taxi for me.

Located on a quiet street and very close to the city center. Very clean. The host provides excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. Responds quickly. The home is beautifully decorated.
