Loved the location it was absolutely beautiful and the room was so clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable as well. The owners were so nice and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and I hope to in the future.

The rooms are spacious and the homestay has great facilities, extremely friendly staff who could not have done more for you! Breakfast was lovely each morning, served with fresh juices and fruits. We hired bicycles easily for 2 days and an airport transfer was arranged for us stress free. The location was ideal with a short walk to the main street in Tam Coc to enjoy all that this area has to offer, but also quiet on an evening for a restful stay. We had an amazing stay at Lemon Tree and could not recommend it more!

My phone had gotten lost on the night bus to Ninh Binh and the owner made everything within her power to help me get it back (call the bus company, accompaning me to the police station , driving me to the bus station). And guess what, I got the phone back! Would go back again and again

This is absolutely my first choice when I come back to visit.

I rate this property 11/10, the place is absolutely amazing. The host and her family are great - extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and attentive. Lily offers you help before you even ask! She is a wonderful person! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped! One of the best I've ever slept in Vietnam! The breakfast was really tasty and varied, the portions were huge. The facility is nice located, close to many attractions! There was also an option to use the laundry services and the clothes were clean, soft and smelling beautifully. I definetely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you very much for an amazing stay!
