The Nam family is lovely! Hard working and smiley they will help you with absolutely everything you need: from the presentation of the place to the laundry and scooter or bike rental. Bungalows are clean and so is the swimming pool and the garden. Choices for breakfast ordered the day before and served with juice coffee/tea and fresh fruit. Complimentary water in the room and 2 bottles for our trip. Thanks for making our 2 days even more special! I tried the spa next to it and for 8 euro I got a 30min hot stone massage. We hate in Gia Bao homestay and restaurants close by the square and we never regret it.

Location is excellent if you would like a rural, tranquil setting. The proprietors are very helpful & kind. Good bicycles available for a nominal fee which made it easy to get around & explore. Breakfast is good, set menu which changed daily. They also have access to arranged tours & in room massage. The proprietors were wonderful!

Free bicycles which is great because all the places to visit around the area are well accessible by bike. Heating worked very well and showers were nice and hot. Beautifully located.

The owners were very helpful and gave us lots of good tips for discovering the area. Complementary ginger tea when we got back soaked from the rain really hit the spot. Aside from the great people the location is really quiet and away from the busy main streets, with an amazing view at breakfast.

Facilities were clean, property is nice, staff, especially Toni is very helpful and accomodating. He even drove me to the bus station for fee.

The staff are really sweet and attentive. The room is a nice size and very comfortable. We left early on our check out day and Lily gave us a loaf of bread and milk to take with us. We loved that there were bikes for free and scooters to rent. I’d definitely recommend this place!
