Featuring city views, Song Anh Indochina Studios Nguyen Thai Binh offers accommodation with balcony, around 300 metres from Fine Arts Museum. The room is physically so comfortable and aesthetically very pleasing. The staff are wonderful and anticipate your needs. The lane where the studio is located is like a quiet neighborhood right in the heart of the district. This was my second stay here and hopefully there will be more!

We enjoyed our stay at Leiden Homestay a lot for many reasons: Beautifully designed room in good size with lots of natural light, very clean and practical details like a luggage rack and clothes hangers. Quite nights due to the location in a back alley (follow the sign), yet super central. Very helpful and attentive English speaking brothers running the place, offering a great service including suggestions of restaurants, a perfect laundry service and last but not least the great coffee downstairs! Go and stay there, you‘ll like it.

A recently renovated homestay set in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, Ekomo Home - Central Saigon is a 3-star accommodation close to Fine Arts Museum and Takashimaya Vietnam. It’s like this. For the money this place is outstanding! Close to all the craziness of Bui Vien walking street and far enough away if you want to escape the offers of massages and 2 for 1 drink deals. Small rooms but they are well thought out and contain everything you need for a city base.

Featuring city views, Anam Homestay offers accommodation with balcony, around 300 metres from Fine Arts Museum. Anam was a great little property! Super unique, clean, and in a wonderful location right around the corner from 419, a fantastic little speakeasy bar. If you can book the bigger room, we highly recommend it, but for a few nights the smaller one is fine! This hotel does have traditional Vietnamese mattresses, so if you aren't okay with something firm you may want to shop around. But the property was super cute, clean, and a great base for us!

Bear in mind, that it’s about 10-20 Min (depending on traffic) away from the touristic hotspots in District 1. Nonetheless, for a couple of days it is super fine to commence via Grab.
