Met all our expectations and more. All requests met. Easy access. Tuck accompanied us to the monkey temple in front to feed the monkeys and to visit a cave, lent us his scooter and organised our day trip to Khao Sok National Park and onward travel to Khao Sok by minivan. Anita is a great cook if you want to order any food. Beautiful room and bathroom, Netflix working well, lovely to have a private pool just for us!!

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Billion Views Khaosok Homestay is a recently renovated guest house set in Khao Sok, 20 km from Khao Sok. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. Our host was lovely and sorted out a river trip for us. It was great to share a meal with our hosts and the other guests too.

Baan Yaimai Boutique Samui, a property with a garden and a bar, is located in Bophut, 400 metres from Bophut Beach, 1.4 km from Bang Rak Beach, as well as 200 metres from Fisherman Village. Baan Yaimai is a very cute guest house! Either the old rooms or the new ones, to each a vibe. The design and looks are very well thought through and intended to make you feel at home. They provide you with a big kitchen and all what you need to make your breakfast, also a washing machine for your laundry. The pool is perfect to relax and you can walk in 1-2min to the fisherman village entrance. Bonus: The best coffee shop in Koh Samui is right across the street!

Located 400 metres from Thong Nai Pan Noi, The Hill Village features free WiFi access and free private parking. Certain rooms have a seating area where you can relax. A quiet secluded place for rest and relaxation with beautiful nature and sea views. Very attentive hosts and comfortable accommodation.

Boasting free bikes, Siri Guesthouse @ Surat Thani is set in Suratthani in the Surat Thani Province region, 14 km from Surat Thani Railway Station and 8.5 km from Surat Thani Rajabhat University. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very good value. Within a few minutes walk you can find restaurants and grocery stores. Jan was there to greet us before we even got out of our Grab and welcomed us and helped with getting our luggage to our room. We had read that she would make us dinner upon request so we had a delicious dinner in her little tree and plant lined courtyard. My husband had a Sea Bass curry which was the best fish he has had so far after 3 weeks in Thailand. Perfectly cooked. My curry was wonderful as well. Jan got some of the spice and produce from her garden while we were sitting and enjoying the birds around the area. One was hanging around one of the hanging baskets and I received some follow up messages and pictures that showed a nest and then a picture of a baby bird and another egg. These are the best memories that you make on a holiday! I cannot comment on location but it was about 15 minutes from the train station (300 bht) and then the Grab picked us up the next morning for our trip to Koh Lanta. (We were even able to watch a bit of Netflix on TV in the room.)

Khao Sok Holiday Resort features free WiFi in public areas. Offering fan rooms, the property is equipped with a tour desk and luggage storage. Each room features mountain views. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Thailand. Perfectly clean, really beautiful setting in the garden, great shower and bed, amazing owner Na, restaurant and mini mart next door, breakfast available (although I didn’t try). Just outside of town but great if you have a motorbike.

Set in Suratthani, 12 km from Surat Thani Railway Station and 31 km from Surat Thani Rajabhat University, Aiem-Wilai Guesthouse offers spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free... Great place to stay, very close to the airport with a free shuttle, the place is brand new very clean on comfy. Family buisness super welcoming and frendly, the food was really great ! I'll come back for sure

600 metres from Baan Tai Beach, World Citizen GuestHouse is a recently renovated property set in Koh Phangan and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Nice room with everything that you need - fridge, kettle, desk, clothing rack, en suite bathroom and front porch. Twin beds were comfortable. Towels provided. Suitable wifi and helpful friendly host. The area is away from the busy main street, but still walking distance to all of the food spots.
