Rooms are clean and cozy, all bathrooms are great, lounge area like in home 🏠 We love atmosphere here, feel ourselves like at home. Rebecca cook for guest fresh muffins for breakfast- it was so nice! Also she provides breakfast with coffee milk cereal. I definitely recommend this place !

We absolutely loved the privacy, scenery, and overall quality of this B&B! Nestled in the countryside of the Matamata region, this cozy little studio-type location has a breathtaking view of rural New Zealand as the sun comes rising above the mountains just a few kilometers away. As a photographer I'm always on the lookout for quaint locations that I can take stunning portraits, and for this stay I didn't have to go any further than the garden at the back of the property. I can not recommend staying here enough and can't wait for our return visit in a few years!
