Comprising a garden and a shared lounge, Sweet Home between CBD and University is a recently renovated accommodation in Hamilton located close to AgResearch. Rebecca was really sweet, she kindly explained us where each amnnuties were and general house rule. It was clean and comfortable. Felt like home away from home.

I loved how clean and open the space was. Since we were there only one night, we didn’t get to use much of what was offered, like the board games, the grill, or the back yard, but we definitely noticed and appreciated the amount of things there were to do here.

A last minute booking for an overnight stay on our drive from Auckland to Napier which totally exceeded our expectations. Bev - the host - was super friendly and even stayed up for our late arrival from Auckland airport which was so kind. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a lounge/diner, kitchenette, huge bath with stargazing opportunity! Gorgeous garden too with a private area with table and chairs which we would have used if we'd stayed longer. Bev also left various items of food for breakfast which we hadn't realised was included!

Rose garden a bonus, and quiet location with beautiful view appreciated. Great bathroom and good breakfast was provided. We would happily stay again!

Denise, our host, was a delight! Freshly baked bread, milk and butter in the refrigerator were indicators of the thoughtfulness in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Andrea was very welcoming, showing us around our unit and the property. She helped us with directions to our kayaking adventure the next morning. She also invited us to take a shower in their outdoor shower after we checked out, even providing towels for our use.
