She took care of all our needs & did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous & tasty. The cottage is located within 5mins drive from the Sigiriya Lion Rock site & close to many restaurants & other travel amenities (such as ATM & laundry).

מקום האירוח Simoya Nature Park נמצא בדמבולה, במרחק של 19 ק''מ מסלע סיגירייה, וכולל גינה, חדרים ללא עישון ואינטרנט אלחוטי בחינם. We stayed 3 nights at Simoya. Madhu and Sanjee were very welcoming and nothing was too much bother. The room was to a high standard and had everything you needed, including a fridge which was very handy. Breakfast was huge but very tasty and we also ate dinner there for all 3 of the nights we stayed. In all honesty, Im not sure where else we could have eaten in the local area which was at the same quality as Madhu and Sanjee's cooking. We went to the top of Pidurangala rock for an extra fee at sunrise which was well worth the money. We also paid Sanjee for a transfer to Kandy which was at a reasonable rate. Both Sanjee and Madhu were perfect hosts and really lovely people. The one thing I would say that I have found throughout Sri Lanka is to check costs before agreeing to things but that advice goes throughout and everything additional we paid for we felt was worth the money.

The room was superb- great bed, AC, hot shower. The breakfast was a lovely authentic Sri Lankan meal. The hosts were very accommodating and informative about the area. I felt very welcome. Thanks for everything!

The owner provided the best assistance for our trip. They are quick to contact and respond. Home cooked breakfast was the best. Recommended for those who want to experience local Sri Lankan culture. I would like to thank the owner and his family for helping me with my trip over the past two days.

We recommend staying in this cute little Hotel. It s clean, with comfy beds, a rain shower, and a nice little balcony with a view of the garden. We spotted black-faced monkeys, a mongoose, and those big squirrels. The family is so welcoming, they offer to cook dinner (it was delicious every single time) and the included breakfast is delicious too (fruit, coffee tea toasts, and two Sri Lanka specialties that change every morning). They helped us plan our trip and are truly wonderful people. We extended our stay and loved it. Will come back :)

Amazing location, value for money and the owners were very helpful and kind. The pool was a very nice addition after a long day of sightseeing. They also arranged for us a motorbike rental.

מקום האירוח The Green Jungle שוכן במרחק של 12 ק''מ מסלע סיגירייה, ומציע גינה, טרסה ושירות חדרים. יש אינטרנט אלחוטי בחינםבכל רחבי מקום האירוח. loved the kind host, he was super nice and helpful and took us in and out of town. the wifi was great too, and the property has a generator so even through the power cuts there was still power here. the rooms were extremely clean and the beds were big. the foooooood was super delicious - in the morning we asked for Asian breakfast (instead of continental) and it was divine. very jungly and lots of fruit available from the garden (including coconut!) :)

Super friendly family owned place with comfortable rooms and yummy food at shockingly affordable prices. Also great view of the rock and good Wifi in the rooms. Would definitely stay here again.
