Kirinda Heaven - Yala, a property with an outdoor swimming pool and a garden, is set in Kirinda, 700 metres from Kirinda Beach, less than 1 km from Nidangala Beach, as well as 14 km from Tissa Wewa. I stayed one night at Kirinda Heaven. It’s a beautiful, family run property. The property is fairly new so all of the accommodations are modern. It also has a stand alone bungalow room, which I stayed in, which is like having one’s own little home! There is a beautiful pool on the property as well. The family that runs the property is great and will do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable.

With garden views, MENAKA HOMESTAY is located in Tangalle and has a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk, bar, garden, picnic area and barbecue. We loved our time here! My brother and I stayed here for two nights. All of the food was amazing, we chose to eat dinner there as well. The hosts catch the fish themselves. Very clean and comfortable, and good wifi. The best thing was the host family. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They were able to help us arrange transportation to Udawala. We highly recommend staying here for an authentic and peaceful experience.

Featuring a terrace with garden views, a private beach area and a garden, Tanzanite place can be found in Tangalle, close to Goyambokka Beach and a 12-minute walk from Unakuruwa Beach. In my opinion, this is the best place you can stay in Tangalle. It is located a little bit outside the center so calmer but still close enough so that within 5 minutes, you are in town if you wish to. Two of the most beautiful beaches of the area (Silent Beach and Goyambokka Beach) are within walking distance. The place itself is absolutely great. It's a beautiful house with the hosts living on ground floor and the rooms/apartments on 2nd and 3rd floor. They are very spacious and equipped with everything you need, both for a short vacation or for a longer term stay. The beds are comfortable and the mattresses have standard US/European length, so your feet won't stick out. The AC works properly and in addition there is a fan. The WiFi is perfectly stable and fast enough even for video calls. The bathroom is clean and designed in such a way so that you can take a shower without the entire floor being wet for hours. The host and his family are very friendly and welcoming. His English is very good which makes communication easy, and he replies very quickly. They offer food at their place and rent out scooters. Given the price all of this is offered to us as guests, this place definitely deserves a 10 star review. I have already recommended coming here to friends and am certain you will be happy staying here either.

Located within less than 1 km of Tissa Wewa and 25 km of Bundala Bird Sanctuary in Tissamaharama, Tissa Rainbow Guest & Yala provides accommodation with seating area. The host was incredible and truly went above and beyond, he organised everything for us for the safari tour and even drove us to the bus stop. We had a free coconut on check in and a juice on checkout. The room was lovely nd big and clean with great air conditioning. An amazing experience, especially for the price!

Boasting river views, Riverview Cabana Tissamaharama features accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around 4.5 km from Tissa Wewa. Great place! My friend and I stayed in this two room home - he was in the bottom room and I was in the top room so we had the whole place to ourselves! The rooms are huge, both with large outdoor space. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are modern, and the property is beautiful. The host, Mithila, is super friendly and helpful. She booked us a well-priced safari at Yala and we were lucky enough to see a leopard! She also said she could order us food to eat at the place, but we decided to go out instead.

Offering a garden and lake view, Blue Sky Hotel Yala is located in Yala, 3 km from Tissa Wewa and 28 km from Bundala Bird Sanctuary. The Manager was absolutely amazing and took so much care of us. He made our experience at the place so easy. I recommend !

Located just 2.5 km from Tissa Wewa, Blue Birds Tissa & Yala safari provides accommodation in Tissamaharama with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as a 24-hour front desk. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us out with any matter we had and also organized an amazing safari for us. After we arrived he took us for a little bird tour, which was really nice. He treated us with a fresh coconut, fruits and little snacks. The hospitality was outstanding. The room and generally the whole property was clean and comfy. We felt really welcomed and enjoyed our stay! We can definitely recommend this awesome place! Thank you very much for everything, we will come back! :-)

La cabana es molt acollidora i amb unes vistes al llac immillorables. La familia que ho porta són molt simpàtics i ens van acostar amb moto a veure l'arbre dels ocells al capvespre. Vam sopar allà i estava molt bo. Ens van ajudar a organitzar el safari amb el seu germà i va ser perfecte.

L'habitació era molt àmplia, llit molt còmode, bany amb totes les prestacions i unes vistes precioses davant dels arrossars. L'atenció dels amos i la Nilusha és excelent, pendents de tot en tot moment, molt propers i amables.
