My time at the Hoianian was perfect, starting with the warm welcome by the owner Susan. She and her family did their best for a perfect stay. My room, bathroom and private balcony were very spacious, modern and comfortable. If featured a huge bed with top quality mattress and linen, adequate furniture, nice decoration, water kettle, plenty of space to accommodate belongings... The whole property is new, clean and well taken care of. A good breakfast was included in the rate. Complimentary coffee, tea and water were available all day long. The location is perfect, central but quiet. The cost-benefit was excellent - unfortunately I had to move to another property for my last days in Hoi An and what I got for similar price was way below the Hoianian accommodation standard and service. I cannot find enough words to recommend this place and the extremely nice persons who run it. It was hard to leave, I would definitely stay there again when visiting beautiful Hoi An.
