This place exceed our expectation. It's simply beautiful, peaceful and hosts are great. We enjoyed our one night stay in the family room. They have a la carte menu with western dishes. Food was great, kids enjoyed the pasta. Also the pool is very nice and well maintained. It's the best place we stayed so far in Sri Lanka. And it's close to the beach, Yala national Park and so. Good location, good atmosphere, very nice hosts and good food. Totally recommended! Will come back for sure! Thank you!

We booked one night here, so we can reach Yala Park in the morning. The host is very polite and a pleasant person overall, always with a big smile on his face. I recommend both booking the Safari with this host and ordering dinner here. The Food was delicious!!

It was by far the best accommodation on our entire trip to Sri Lanka. The room, bathroom and balcony were huge and super clean. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. It is very nice and quiet. The safari was super organized with breakfast and drinks. But the best thing about the accommodation is definitely Mithila we have rarely met such a kind and gorgeous person. She really organizes everything and has an open ear for all our wishes. Takes care of the food order, safari, enough water and even the laundry. We had a lot of problems with our arrival due to New Year and she supported us the whole time. Many thanks again to you! We had such a great time with you ♥️

Heaven in Satinwoods situa-se em Tangalle, a 4 minutos a pé de Praia de Tangalle, e dispõe de acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um terraço e um restaurante. Thank you Chami and Dalu for another wonderful time (3rd time) at your place! We will for sure come back again a fourth time!! It is not possible to describe how special this place is and we highly recommend everyone to come here and experience it yourself. Heaven in Satinwoods is our favorite place in Sri Lanka and also the food here is just the best that you can get. So if you come to this place, you should definitely try the rice and curry. From the first second we arrived at this place, we felt like staying in paradise. We were welcomed with a fresh juice, some wet towels to refresh our faces and a flower necklace. The rooms are very spacious, there is an A/C in every apartment and it is very clean. Also you have drinking water in the room, so you don’t need to buy water. You can just bring empty water bottles and reuse them, which is really great. Also this place has a wonderful garden with many beautiful trees, plants and flowers and you can watch many different animals like giant squirrels and really beautiful birds! For us this place feels like home and Dalu and Chami feel like family! Again, thank you for everything and see you next year! Lots of love, Anni and Joe

Blue Birds Tissa & Yala safari localiza-se em Tissamaharama, a 2,5 km de Tissa Wewa, e fornece acomodações com um jardim, estacionamento privado gratuito, um salão partilhado e um restaurante. The guesthouse was very clean and the room had the air conditioner. The owner was incredibly nice with us, when we arrived it was very hot and he gave us a delicious king coconut to drink. He brang us to have a bird watching at the evening in a beautiful area and he arranged for us the safari in Yala the next day. I highly recommend this place!

Com um jardim, o Tissa Lake Resort apresenta quartos em Tissamaharama, a 2,2 km de Tissa Wewa. Com uma recepção aberta 24 horas, esta propriedade também alberga um restaurante. Very nice, very calm property. It is close to Debarawewa lake which I found more beautiful than Tissa Lake with the birds and water buffalos. The owner is very friendly and extremely helpful and he offered to take me to and from Bus station which is really nice. The homestay is approx 2 km from Tissa Lake, you can take a tuk tuk or the owner can help you with transport, for me I prefer to walk. They can also help you with booking Yala Safari It is a great value for money

Lake Face Cabana situa-se em Tissamaharama, a 4,5 km de Tissa Wewa, e dispõe de acomodações com bicicletas gratuitas, estacionamento privado gratuito e um jardim. Incredible place - cozy, exotic, calm with tropical off grid atmosphere. I've never stayed at a cabin with 9.6 rate on booking.com but when we arrived, I understood why it had such a great score. The cabine is right next to a beautiful lake. We had our own crocodile!!!! relaxing under our balcony. No worries, it's safe. They don't go ashore because of the fence so it's just a very nice Croc-view :) . The cabin itself was exotic to the max but quite comfortable. The toilet and shower were very clean, a small ventilator made the air inside a bit less hot so our northern bodies could go to sleeping mode, the bad was wide and there was a mosquito net, even though there was not many mosquitos inside. Special thanks to the host family! Incredibly social, nice and kind people. Very tasty, super original food on a small cozy terrace with local dishes, free water in bottles. If we come back to Sri Lanka we will definitely stay there again! Unforgettable experience!

WE LOVED THIS PEACEFUL AND FRIENDLY PLACE, THE WHOLE FAMILY HELPED US WITH EACH PROBLEM AND SERVED VERY GOOD FOOD AND DRINKS!THE BEST GUESTHOUSE OF OUR WHOLE JOURNEY!WE GOT FREE BICYCLES AND THE TRANSPORT TO THE BUS STATION. THANK YOU VERY MUCH DEAR FAMILY! WE WILL COME AGAIN!!
