The owner helped us a lot, rushing to the shop for getting ice and medicine. An exceptionally kind and helpful person. Provided very good local breakfast.

I think we were very lucky to find this wonderful place. The hosts welcomed us very warmly with sincere smiles. They also showed interest in our homeland Bulgaria, which is a great pleasure and honor for us. They did everything possible to make us feel good and cozy. In the morning Palitha took us with his tuk tuk to the New bus station and after finding out that the bus we wanted to catch had left, he took us to the Old bus station of the city. When you write the name of the place on Google maps it shows a wrong building nearby. The house is on the side of the lake, or you can ask one of the neighbours for directions. Overall the location is perfect.

This is our second visit. Neat and comfy room. The manager is very friendly and provides good advices to visit the old city, I really enjoyed our stay at the DELMOND Lake. Recommended

Offering a garden and garden view, Nirwana Resort is set in Habarana, 12 km from Pidurangala Rock and 13 km from Sigiriya Rock. The place was very calm, clean and neat. The simple homely setting made us very relaxed and comfortable. Though it was not very far from the usual hustle and bustle of the city, once inside it almost gave us complete isolation. We just woke up to the singing of different tunes of birds and the breakfast made us full for the entire day. The 2 nights we stayed at Nirvana will be remembered for a very very long time from now.
