If you're looking to tour the Plain of Jars, stay here and make sure to ask for Mr. Souk. He also has a great level of English, making the communication seamless.

The Hillside Residence is located in Xieng Khouang Province in Northern Laos. Just one km away from the city centre, it offers free parking and peaceful countryside accommodation. The patron was absolutely marvellous! So friendly and always willing to help. The family succeeded to create a cosy atmosphere, bit like a living room at home. Great breakfast and great support to explore the area. We were lucky to celebrate Hmong new year, which was a surprise and a gift.
