Guest House Umebachi offers dormitory-style accommodations with free Wi-Fi. Guests can rent bicycles to tour the area and relax at the outdoor terrace. Really a wonderful place. I actually decided to stay in Sendai for another day because the guesthouse was so lovely. The guesthouse is nice and cozy, but the staff, the guest, and the general atmosphere were incredible. Everybody was so lovely and friendly. The location is not very interesting, But it's about 15-20 mins from Sendai Station (10 mins train and 6 mins walk), and it totally worth it. Highly recommend.

And good that there was parking space! It was always clean and because we booked during the week, we got super lucky and we got the female dorm to ourselves! Staff was extremely warm and welcoming and accomodating!

I love the caring spirit of the management team for the ocean. Also the decorations of the living room was relaxing and beautiful and I love it.

Great value for money if you want to stay in Kesennuma for a night. Location is ~30 minutes by foot from the train station or ~10 minutes by BRT (which runs to and from the station). Staff was very friendly and speaks english well enough. Facilities were clean.

The guesthouse was about a four minute walk from the train station, and an eleven minute walk to the supermarket. Hiro, the owner, was super nice and friendly ^^

Inaugurado em 2016, o Traveler's Wharf Shichigahama é um alojamento de estilo japonês com 60 anos e vistas para o mar. We absolutely loved our stay at Traveler’s Wharf Shichgahama. Taka is a wonderful host - attentive, accommodating and we really enjoyed getting to know him a little bit. He took excellent care of us, anticipating our needs and showing great hospitality. He picked us up from the train station, and advised us on activities in the area. I would highly recommend you stay here if you are looking for a quiet, low key place close to the beach.
