Up on the hill with amazing view on the Florence city. Swimmingpool available all day and wvening to watch sunset. Very nice breakfast in the garden. Friendly stuff and owners. Travelling with my dog. Very large room, with fridge, bar, local pizza for dinner. Wine for sale.

Everything was amazing. Gorgeous room. In great condition and super clean. Super comfortable. The host Pierpaolo was a real GEM. He communicated with us personally and took care of EVERY little thing. Great space. Amazing location. This will from now on be our place in Florence!!! Must stay there!!!

La Dimora del Mercante is set in the Uffizi district of Florence, less than 1 km from Pitti Palace, a 10-minute walk from Accademia Gallery and 500 metres from Piazza del Duomo di Firenze. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in, it was so nicely decorated and everything was new and the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Florence. The staff were lovely and we communicated via WhatsApp. The cleaning lady was sweet too and the coffee/ tea and biscuit bar was a nice addition in the hallway.

Perfect location, 3 minutes walk from airport and 15 minutes from the train station. Making it easy to connect to other cities, like firenze and cinque terre. Also the host was very attentive to details. Everything was clean, and functionning. I LOVED IT.
