The hotel is in perfect condition, just like from the picture in the catalogue: clean, comfortable, with a homely atmosphere. There is a cafe near the hotel where you can have a snack. We had coffee and cakes, I can't say anything about breakfast as we travelled further in the morning towards the Cliffs of Moher. I can definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Das Brennan Court Guest Accommodation befindet sich auf dem Gelände der University of Limerick. Everything was great from check in on. I didn't know what to expect and had trepidations about "shared common area" but that area was just a communal kitchen that was fully supplied and separated from everything else. The rest of the time we were out exploring or in our very comfortable and large room. There is a great restaurant about 300 meters away with fantastic food. And the lodging was in a super quiet location.
