Staff very friendly and helpful. Food amazing both dinner and breakfast. Beautiful setting. Room tastefully decorated and spotless. All public areas clean and well presented. Will definitely be going back.

A lovely quaint farm well located and easy to find. We booked three rooms and each one was nicely appointed and tastefully decorated. There were coffee stations in the rooms with the nice touch of a chocolate placed on top of each coffee cup. The bathroom was well lit so it wasn’t a problem putting on make up. The bed was very comfortable and most importantly the bedroom and en-suite were spotlessly clean. Finally the team at Wall Hill Farm were so friendly, accommodating and helpful. Lymm Boutique Rooms asub Lymmis, 11 km kaugusel Tattoni pargist ja 18 km kaugusel Traffordi keskusest. Linnavaatega majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The hosts provided very clear instructions for entering the property. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were tea and coffee facilities with a mini fridge and storage space for clothes. There was a huge bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom had plenty of towel hooks, plus shampoo and shower gel. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was easy to control. It was exactly what I was looking for in a picturesque place with canals, pubs and cafes nearby. There are lovely areas to walk around, including the dam and surrounding forest, and the canals. I arrived by bus and left by taxi, and I found it simple enough to move around without using a car.

Everything: A beautiful, clean, warm and comfortable guest house. I dread to give a good review as there may not be any room vacancies when I come to book next. The owners are absolutely a key part of the guest house,. Wonderful people.

Karen and Karl, the hosts, were the best part of it. Lovely people, interesting to talk with, so kind and helpful.

It's a classic, three rooms over a sedate Pub. The room was eclectic and cozy. The owner Martin was warm and gracious. The pub serverd a great steak and the continental breakfast really set me up for the day. I like small hotels and pubs with rooms.
