The hostess was very welcoming and offered us an upgrade following a last minute misunderstanding. We appreciated the beautiful apartment we were offered in an authentic fourteenth century building with impeccable decor. Chantal was very caring.

You seek a quiet break, or a place to focus in the middle of nature, then look no further. I like the wooden floors! The breakfast was simple, fresh and tasty. Mine included a fried egg done in way that was so tasty. Compliments to the breakfast chef. This hotel restaurant has a Michelin star !!

Extremely clean hotel with helpful friendly staff. This hotel is in the best position in Gruyère right next to the fountain in the centre of town. Easy walk to castle, great restaurants close by. Park at P1 and pay for extra hours as it is the easiest way to get to hotel.

The property is beautiful. It was perfect for a visit to Switzerland. In the mountains, but only 30 minutes from Lausanne. I was treated with such kindness and hospitality. I can only imagine the property during ski season.
