You can see the valley and the mountains. The house is super cozy and has everything you need in it for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Situated in the Piéton district of Gruyères and just 80 metres from Château de Gruyères, Au soleil de Gruyères chez Chantal provides free WiFi and mountain views. The location was incredible; so beautiful! lt is within the town fortified by castle walls and close to both the castle and the Maison de Gruyères. The Maison Cailler was only an hour walk away. The room was also very close to some beautiful nature views. Chantal was very welcoming and accomodating and speaks English well

Located in the small village of Villarepos, this hotel is 4 km from Lake Murten. The location was simply perfect. You seek a quiet break, or a place to focus in the middle of nature, then look no further. I like the wooden floors! The breakfast was simple, fresh and tasty. Mine included a fried egg done in way that was so tasty. Compliments to the breakfast chef. This hotel restaurant has a Michelin star !!
