Bathroom with hot water, room and bed are clean. Mr Nasco, the landlord, is a kind person and can speak English but not always there. The young lady who is in charge is helpful but cannot speak English, you have to use Google translate.

The food and location were excellent, the proprietor was very kind, and the staff was very attentive. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Varna.

High street with all the fancy restaurants and street food shops is 2 min walk away. Room itself is a modernly renovated large size hotel like room, within traditional Bulgarian two stories house with four rooms at each floor and shared bathroom at each floor.

A superb place for anybody who would like to enjoy a peaceful holiday away from the hustle and bustle of touristic places. Kamchiya Beach and Kamchiya river is a nature reserve, one of the last wild beaches. The beach is a 25-minute walk away, 5 minutes by car. There is a supermarket and a restaurant 5 minutes away on foot. The property has a brand new fully-equipped kitchen with a large fridge, oven, utensils and cookware you will need to prepare a meal. It even has all the spices you will need, instant coffee as well. The property has a nice patio and yard where you can sit and relax and enjoy a meal. It also has an outdoor grill. It also has a brand-new large smart LCD TV, you can watch YouTube. For those who might work remotely, the internet connection was excellent and stable. I worked online for four days with no issues. The room was super clean with everything you need, including a hair dryer. And finally, the host, who was one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I have come across in my 10+ years of travel. He was so accommodating that he brought a bike for me to use from Varna.
