This place was great, the owners were very hospitable. We were very tired from the long trip and in this hotel we gained strength for our further journey. Everything was very clean and new, snow-white towels, soft bed and silence. A great area to explore on foot, 30 minute lovely quiet walk to Wat Paknam big Buddha and great walks around the nearby klongs and temples. Attentive and thorough staff. Gus and his mother made us feel like family. Prepared breakfast each morning with fresh local fruit. Really clean room and facilities. Location was nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still close enough to the ferry (which was a great mode of transport) over the river. There is also a market right next door with good food and various stalls. Would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in bangkok.
