Bovi was caring & extremely friendly. She took care of all our needs & did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was generous & tasty. The cottage is located within 5mins drive from the Sigiriya Lion Rock site & close to many restaurants & other travel amenities (such as ATM & laundry).

Had a wonderful stay at this resort, the room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helped us organise stuff that we needed organising and were kind enough to let us check out late as we had an evening flight. A perfect location to explore the Lion rock-10 mins away and very easy to walk to local restaurants. We also had a big breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Roy’s Villa is really something truly special - a home away from home! It was super clean and everything was so well designed and thought through. Food was amazing. Roy, Sunny and team are the most welcoming hosts ever! They organized great trips and created an atmosphere which allowed us to make friends on our trip very naturally ans easily! If you are travelling in Sri Lanka, you definitely should stop by at Roy’s!

Beautiful garden and lovely terrace to enjoy it from Amazing hospitality - Ashoka went out of his way to recommend places and organise things for us to do Dinner and breakfast were incredible and some of the best food we have eaten in Sri Lanka Room was very comfortable and clean

· This has been our favorite stay so far! The location is the absolute best if you are hoping to hike up Pidurangala and Sigiriya Rock. The bed was comfortable, the showers had , the food was delish and the ladies who own and run this place are the sweetest and most incredible. he was our Sri Lankan friend and took such good care of us. Amazing food and great recommendations! You can just tell how much love and passion they have put into everything. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The location is marvelous and full of serenity. It is possible to experience the view of the lion rock thorough greenish garden. The outdoor bathroom is so cool and much align with nature. The food is very tasty and healthy and the crew is very friendly

This is a gem of a place. The location is magical with views of Sigiriya Rock across beautiful rice paddies. There are numerous birds to watch from your balcony or the rooftop lounge where you have your delicious breakfast. The rooms are simple and comfortable with AC, hot water and WiFi. You can walk to the village for restaurants, or by the rice paddies to check out the nearby lake. But the best part is the family that owns the guest house - they are absolutely wonderful and really demonstrate what hospitality is all about. We really enjoyed our time at this guest house.

Everything was excellent! Room was very clean, well equipped. Views are amazing, it’s in the quiet area next to the lake. Guys owning property are amazing- melas you feel very comfortable, super helpful, always willing to help. Typical Sri Lanka’s breakfast was brilliant! so tasty! I also got once dinner and now can regret that only once 😉 fully recommend!
