Anna is amazing host, her apartment is completely renovated, all new. Location is top, just few minutes away from city center. Check in was fast and easy, Anna showed us the apartment, told us everything that we needed to know about the staying. It’s also very important that just 500m away there is big parking for the car and it’s been paid and reserved by Anna. Anna is also very nice lady with beautiful smile. I can say that Anna’s apartment is the best property of my traveling around Sardinia, I recommend it to all!

The room is new and super clean, the location is great, one block to the beach, close to all I needed. the terrace with a panoramic view was a plus, wifi and air conditioning works well, the host is very kind and helpful, always glad to help with any information I needed. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed two nights at this really lovely stylish modern room. Everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. There was a small fridge, a small Espresso machine and even bathrobes in the room . The House is in a nice neighbourhood within a short walking distance along the shoreline to the old town. We always found a free parking Space close by often directly in front. Stefano was always available by what’s App and gave us really Good Tipps for Dinner.

Amazing accommodation right in the centre of the old town. Really nice and clean room, very comfortable bed. The host David was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He gave us good tips on what to visit, where to eat and get drinks and also where to get the best gelatto in Alghero. I would highly recommend this accommodation !

We were travelling by bicycles and we could store our bikes in a safe location. We were offered delicious homemade cake and coffee on arrival. The breakfast was very good with eggs, yogourt, cereal and homemade cake. The room was quiet at night and the guesthouse is close to the centro storico and the sea front. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The apartament was close to the city center, the beach, supermarket and the bus station. It was very clean, with a new furniture, clean towels, bed sheets, kitchen and a small balcony, like in the pictures. Giuseppe is a great host, kindly and asertive person, who give me all the information about the best places, restaurants and everything I need. He offers me coffee, tea, water and the best cookies from Sardinia. I recommend it. Grazie Giuseppe per tutti. 🤗

The rooms are new, nicely decorated, clean and fully equipped. The breakfasts in garden were plentiful and delicious. Bikes were very useful and after the ride we loved relaxing at the balcony. Dyaa's care and help completed our rest. Thank you with the transport to the city center. It's important that hosts speak english very good.

Great location for city center, 10 minutes by walking and there is a Beach at 5 minutes. There is also a bus stop and you can get to very nice beaches using the Beach Bus or the public transportation. Michelina is a great host and she will help you with everything you need. Big private bathroom just outside the room (in my case). Great location. Old town is 15 mins by walk and a lot of other spots are at walking distance, beach included (not even 5 minutes). If you're looking for a b&b in a quiet street and a tactical spot for your vacation I'd say this is the one for you. Very recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the city centre. This place is great to stay when you want to get to know the island and the town.
