The Apartments & Rooms Kolovare Beach are within an easy 15-min walk of the Zadar old town and a 15-min walk to the bus station. The room that we stayed in was newly renovated and extremely clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower has lots of hot water. The room was not a suite, but rather a good sized room. It had a refrigerator, coffee maker, and lots of storage cabinets and drawers. Nina met us at check in and was helpful with maps, directions, and suggestions for restaurants. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Great room in a great location! Everything was exactly like in the pictures and we absolutely loved the room. Really nice decoration and the bathroom, although small, was perfect. Staff was nice and attentive. Perfect place to stay in Zadar.
