Proximity to walk to Warwick Castle was great. Quiet & comfortable. Nice fluffy large towels and comfy beds/bedding. Modern bathroom. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast included. The room had everything we needed. Wish we had arrived a little earlier to enjoy a drink down in the bar.

Very last-minute booking at Park Cottage, and once we arrived, we immediately wanted to stay longer. Immaculately clean. Lovely room and facilities and a comfortable bed. Lovely, friendly hosts who make you feel very at home. Breakfast was delicious. 10/10 stay. Sadly for us and not Janet and family, they are closed for Christmas, so we couldn't book a return visit purely because of timing. Otherwise, we would have. Thank you both. A lovely brief stay!

Staff are lovely, room spotlessly clean, great location, extremely comfortable mattress and a cot was provided for our baby free of charge

Location was good, near a large Tescos and about a 20minute walk from the town centre... But we did stop to look at stuff en route so may be quicker. The entire place was spotless and comfy. Definitely would recommend.

Very nice building, I loved the decor. We had sunday lunch and the food was great and staff was friendly. I am a fussy eater and they had no problem in helping me with the order at dinner and at breakfast. Excellent service. The room was very nice and confortable. I had a bath tub and it was amazing.
