We booked a king sea view room and on arrival we were upgraded to the deluxe king sea view room. Waking up in the morning looking over the bay was fabulous. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and modern. The free continental breakfast was a bonus and very nice with cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, pastries, cheese, bagels, fruit juice, tea and coffee. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Thank you Carmel House.

Our room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was very tasty, better than 4 star hotels! Good location, just cross the road and there's the beach. Walking distance to main attractions. Free parking just outside the house. James and Jackie are brilliant hosts, they're friendly and lovely. Other guests seem to enjoy the stay as well, good vibe in the guest house. It was our first time to Llandudno, the stay here brought us good memories. Look forward to coming back.

Lovely room, with big bay widow overlooking the sea. Happy for the thick drapes to hide the street lights. Very nice breakfast, made to order. Our host was very helpful, ordered our taxi when we left and helped with dinner reservations. Wonderful service. Highly recommended and would come back again.

Gemma was the perfect host and the annex was clean, well equipped and perfect for a place to escape to and relax for a few days. Beautiful welcome hamper as well as food for the animals on the farm which was a bonus. Location was great as although you felt like you were away from it all, you were only a short drive from Llandudno, Conwy and it didn’t take long to pop over to Anglesey either. I will definitely be back, thanks again to Gemma 🙂

The owners are so friendly, accommodating, and overall beautiful couple with lots of insight into beautiful local spots, usually overlooked by tourists. The views from the garden are beautiful, literally 1min walk to the beach. Cosy, quiet beautiful spot, and Mike and Lesley perfect hosts in a beautiful building.
