The Owners were very kind. The breakfast was tasty, fresh, varied. Accommodation is in the forest, so one inhales the fresh scent of the pine forest. The furnishings of the rooms are extremely tasteful.

The restaurant is great! You have to make sure that you will have the home made deals and drinks - very special and delicious. You also get a king breakfast which you definitely need if you are heading to the Seven Rila Lakes.

The location is perfect: on the road to the seven lakes, but also not far from the center of Sapareva Banya (we took a car but you can walk to the center). The owner and his son are the nicest people. When we asked for a baby bed they helped us immediately. A lot of value for the little money you pay. The rooms aren't super big, but who needs that in such a pretty environment.

There was no breakfast.We asked if we could pay for one, separately from the price we paid for the accommodation, but we were told it was not possible. Because we didn't have a car, we found the trek from the pool a bit long, didn't expect that...

House was clean, it’s big and very comfy. The host was super friendly. I traveled with my baby and they provide a baby crib and chair. You can ask the host to cook for you or make a cake and she is happy to do so and it’s LOVELY. ( it’s just a small amount you have to pay ) Best cake i ever eat. There are shops on walking distance like a pharmacy, grocery store, nail salon ect and for the kids there is a playground.

Art Studio is a beautiful, homely place to stay and Antoniya is the perfect hostess. The room is large, spotlessly clean and adorned with beautiful paintings and lovely views out over the local area. There is also a small balcony. What makes the place though is the kindness and hospitality of Antoniya and her equally lovely daughter who visited for a few days. I was welcomed with cake, offered snacks, given fruit from Antoniya's many fruit trees and she helped arrange a driver up to the chair lift for the Rila Lakes trail. Antoniya doesn't speak much English, but we communicated absolutely fine in German with Google translate as a fallback. I can't recommend Art Studio enough!

The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. They have a good size, we had one with double bed and a wonderful balcony where we could drink our morning coffee and enjoy the view at the Rila mountains. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with the other 2 rooms. Nevertheless they are spotless clean, the host lives downstairs and makes sure everything is in perfect order. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. When we arrived she waited for us with homemade dish - filled peppers. She also gave us coffee capsules for the little nespresso machine in the kitchen. If we needed anything, she was glad to help. We can definitely recommend this property 👌

The hosts were so friendly. We really felt at home at Guest House Simona. The garden is fantastic and we enjoyed cooking in the outside BBQ area. We also enjoyed watching the birds in the nests in the window.

A very spacious apartment with nice scenery. Very close to the 7 lakes route. Close to a supermarket and many nice restaurants. The apartment is equipped with all you may need.
