3.7 km from Armenian Opera and Ballet Theatre, The Hill Guest House is a recently renovated property set in Yerevan and offers air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.

It was a cute place and the staff was extremely nice and helpful! The room was clean and its up on a hill so the view is great on a clear day. The building is very cool in a under-repair, brutalist kinda way

The Nut Guest House is situated in Yerevan, within 5 km of Republic Square and 5 km of Armenian Opera and Ballet Theatre.

If you visit Yerevan, then I highly recommend staying at Nut. Because besides the fact that you will live in a calm and clean area and wake up to the singing of birds. The hosts are also very friendly and super polite. And the breakfasts... my God, I have never eaten such breakfasts anywhere else. And they are different every time. David asks every day what you will eat in the morning, and his mother always cooks amazingly. In general, if you want to relax in a family and nice environment, book without hesitation. 11 out of 10.

The hospitality was amazing and the room was clean and have everything you need. The bed was also very comfortable - good matras and pillows. The location is perfect if you want to discover Erevan in short time. Will defenetly recommend this place when you go to visit Erevan!

The owner is a really nice person and she cares about his guests.She can speak in different languages such as English, Russian, Persian and etc, so you don't have any problem with communication at all.The place is clean. You have access to the kitchen and balcony which is great. Everything was good and thanks for this great experience.

Hi My friend and I really appreciated our stay in this apartment. (very clean) The location is fantastic for visiting Erevan, we did everything by foot. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I highly recommend it. Enjoy your stay !
