(Water could have been a higher temeperature) Ambiance -Lovely atmosphere in the lobby lounge + restaurant Lounge -Comfortable seating areas. Lots of places to sit. Great bar service. Patio Restaurant -Great menu. Delicious food. Good service.

The hotel is a very nice location in Port Elisabeth (which is a horrible city, but you may be forced to stay there) in a safe area, with very nice views from the room. The restaurant is very good and breakfast was excellent. Customer service was excellent too we had an issue with our credit card, which was stolen in the CBD and the manager accompanied us to the police and helped us enormously to file a complaint (thank you so much!) The parking is spacious and the room was huge, the shower was great with very good heating regulation. The garden and pool are very well maintained.

Had the most beautifull time...Husband booked me for mothersday treat... Had the Presidential Suite....All by myself...friendly professional staff... Spa Treatment was beautifull, lunch and Breakfast no complains at all.... Definitely staying there very soon again.
