Excellent location and rooms. I arrived late at night and they had my dinner which I had pre-ordered ready to go. I only had the 1 night, but the rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious and everything was quite easy. Beds were comfortable as well.

Mercure Hotel Suites Bedfordview is a cosy hotel, conveniently located in a residential suburb of Johannesburg, directly opposite Eastgate Shopping, Entertainment Centre and only 8 km from O.R. The hotel was perfect, everyone was super polite and it was just across from a famous shopping mall.

I loved the space. The modern finishes and all the little extras they had to cater to your hospitality needs. The hospitality and being met to be instructed how to come in and out the property. I even wanted to extend my stay but will definitely ensure next time I'm here to stay more than one night. They had extras like cereal, tea and coffee which I appreciated and communication via texted was responded to. What a Gem! :)

Excellent service of John. He fetched and brought us to the airport. And even if we wanted to have dinner somewhere else he brought us. Breakfast was good

Acacia is now one of my top guesthouse, it is very clean, therapeutic place, good for relaxation, and the breakfast was great. thanks for having me.
