We went for our honeymoon and they prepared the room with champagne and decorations, this amazing detail melted my heart, you can tell they care. All the staff is super friendly, they were so everything to help you with recommendations for dinner and tours. Derwent house is the best option if you are looking for a “home” feeling, all decorations are amazing, I wanted to buy everything I saw, you can see love and attention in every single detail. Breakfast was espectacular, complete and with good flavor. Afternoon tea, coffee and cakes makes the difference, again you feel taken care of. Thank you to all the staff Luca, Oliver, Gladys, Patience, housekeeping and kitchen for doing our honeymoon very memorable. You won two more customers for life! Will be recommending it as much as we can!

Clean rooms very hospitable friendly and knowledgeable staff Specially julia, she took really good care of us during our stay and make sure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The pool area is gorgeous with mountain view and sun beds. Great location of the hotel, walking distance from long street. The hotel is very well maintained , clean and great interior/exterior. Definitely coming back for this amazing service.

He stayed in contact up until meeting us outside the property and then giving us a personal tour of the lovely apartment. We had made some personal requests beforehand and Louis exceeded our expectations. It's a very spacious apartment with a great view and location. A large selection of shops and places to eat right around the corner. Would deffo stay here again!
