We loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic and I enjoyed swimming in the clean cool pool. Very helpful staff.

Helen was the kindest and most helpful! She helped us book our overnight bus, and gave us tons of suggestions in Hoi An! She is also the sweetest person to chat with! The room was nice, extremely clean bathrooms and everything. A nice distance from the old town, so it never gets noisy and we had a good nights rest every night!

Nastanitev Kaia Gallery Hotel Hoi An je v Hoi Anu, 8 min hoje od znamenitosti Dvorana kitajske kongregacije Chaozhou, in nudi vrt, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče ter teraso. The very sociable hostess welcomed us in a very modern small building designed personally by the male host. We were able to have many conversations with the hostess and even buy beautiful clothes at the showroom on the second floor. Although it was possible to walk to nearby restaurants, we could also call an electric car for transportation. It was a beautiful hotel where I would love to stay again if I visit Hoi An.

Highly recommend this terrific hotel for travelers to Hoi An. The bed was one of the best we have had in SE Asia. Great little terrace overlooking the street. Strong water pressure in shower and cold AC. It's a gem with a wonderful and caring staff.

Minh and Helen welcomed us cheerfully every time we came back to the hotel. On first arrival, they gave us cold water and really took their time to explain all the activities, tours, restaurants, food, etc. Location is good, walking distance to the busy area. We liked the gallery next door very much. The room is clean, breakfast tasty and big, aircon worked well, water pressure was good... We even got a nice little goodbye gift. Thanks for hosting us!

The room was big and comfortable on a new building. Balcony and shower with bathtub and shower curtain, many rooms in Vietnam don't have a shower curtain and the water makes a mess so that's important to me. TV with 3 channels in English. Very good location close to everything. Short walk to Old Town. The customer service gets 11 stars from me! The receptionist, Song, was very kind, she received us with lemon water and a big smile happy to see us. We arrived early but our room was ready. She gave us information how to get around and help us with everything, she booked a tour to Marble Mountain for us and the taxi to the airport, for a very good price. The tour was amazing too, Lin our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable, we were very happy with the tour. Everyone arrived on time and before. The hotel has luggage storage. The pool was very nice although we didn't use it. Yes I'll go back to this hotel with hesitation.
