The staff is great, they go beyond their responsabilities to make sure you are feeling welcomed; our boys loved the 3 pools; the free shuttle bus and bikes are really helpful, after busy city center, it's refreshing to go back to a quiet relaxing resort; the breakfast has a good variety of dishes.

The staff was very friendly, Our room was the most beautiful room I ever had. The smell in the room is like in a spa. The surroundings are stunning, 15 min bike ride into the busy touristy City-Center. I highly recommend to stay outside of the center. The breakfast was good. Everything was just perfect, value for money +++

The whole people working here were great but especially Tuyết was very helpful, kind and funny. She recommended us good spots in Hoi Han and helped us find transports to continue our trip. Would very much recommend !

We were here for 19 nights and the staff couldn't have been nicer to us. We got to know them by name and have made friends with most of them. The room was perfect and the food was very yummy. The surroundings were very relaxing. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous experience. The manager at the front desk (Suong) was extremely helpful and kind. She can organize any form of transportation for you, organize a tour, make recommendations for shopping and dining. She even arranged to have our laundry done while there and sitting on top of the package when it was returned was my wedding ring, which I forgot in the pocket of one of my pants! Incredible experience. I will be back!

Romy and Paolo are fab. Excellent recommendations within the area, nice homely feel. Rooms are clean and air con was great. Balcony was lovely with a gorgeous outdoor pool. Bicycles (free of charge) to use were great, exploring the area by bike really enhanced our trip. Location was nice to be between old town and beach, nice quiet area.
