Facing the beachfront, CHiEM HoiAn - The Beachside Boutique Hotel & Villa offers 4-star accommodation in Hoi An and features free bikes, outdoor swimming pool and fitness centre. My wife and I stayed five nights at the CHiEM HoiAn. Everything was top notch. Our room was spacious, quiet and luxurious with a super-comfortable bed dressed in fine linens. We had a particularly well-located room with a balcony view to the hotel's amazing garden and beyond, plus a second window view to a lush, neighboring yard. More beautiful than our room, however, was the hotel staff, led by Phuc, Summer and Sara. Their kindness, friendliness and attentiveness will stay with us forever. I would be remiss if I also did not compliment the restaurant staff, who prepared a delightful multi-course breakfast for us each day. Well done, CHiEM!

The Watermark Beachside Hotel has free bikes, outdoor swimming pool, a garden and terrace in Hoi An. This place is special and has great energy. Rooms are spacious, pool is super clean, breakfast is awesome and the owners are so kind. Loved the location and so glad we didn't stay in the Ancient town and visited from here, it is super hot in town and here is just a cool breeze. Taxi is 5 minute ride and always available. The Shore Club and Deckhouse restaurants right next door are first class. Beautiful beach. The narrow streets throughout the neighborhood are magical. We also used there shuttle to the Airport, it was actually cheaper and so easy. Thank you!

The staff were exceptional, especially Phuong and Nga., very helpful.The pool was the best swimming pool we stayed at , in the sun all day.very close to beach 3 minute walk. Loved Hoi An very cool vibe.

The rooms, breakfast but especially the staff who were amazing. Especially Mr Seven who was brilliant with us (came to the hospital at 5am!)when my husband had a seizure. they couldn’t do enough to help. Even texting us when we had left to check my husband was OK.
