Everything was amazing, if you are used to going to luxurious hotels ( Ritz, FS…) the service here is the exact same if not better! Im so so happy I stayed with them, room was beautiful clean! Food was great! But the service is by far the best advantage! Keep up the good work!

I liked everything about this hotel! I stayed for 5 nights. The staff is friendly, the hotel is beautiful and my room was very comfortable. And very important to me personally: it is quiet! So I was able to get a good night sleep. I would recommend this place to everyone.

My stay near Hanoi's Old Quarter was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location allowed me to easily explore the vibrant streets of the Old Quarter and the serene atmosphere of Van Mieu. The cozy room, attentive staff, and overall experience truly enhanced my exploration of Hanoi's rich cultural heritage.

Cozy rooms and friendly staff. Kevin was excellent. He went above and beyond. Great location. Walking distance to the various Hanoi attractions. Many cafes nearby.

Selles kolmetärnihotellis on toateenindus ja ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt.... The staff was truly and genuinely friendly and helpful, from front desk to the restaurant. The rooms we had were clean and well maintained. They were truly lovely rooms. The beds were comfortable and supportive. All in all, we had a satisfying stay at Duc Trong hotel. Highly recommended.
