Good, clean, well lit rooms where you feel very at home. We stayed for a few weeks so we got a chance to experience the good and the bad from the room, and it was an overwhelmingly good experience. The breakfast buffet is simple but filling and there's also a bar at the lobby, from which to order coffee and drinks later in the day. The location is absolutely unbeatable. It has extremely easy access to the major bus lines, taxi and Uber to move around the eastern side of the city, and is within walking distance of Plaza Independencia and la Ciudadela, as well as la Rambla. Above all, I loved the warm, personalized service the staff provided. This is not a large, branded hotel (it in fact felt more like a family operation), but its staff evidently take pride in the quality of their service. They were quick to offer information and assistance whenever we required it, but were very respectful and careful not to be intrusive.

Located on the heart of the city, facing Independencia Square, Radisson Montevideo Victoria Plaza offers stunning views of Harbor Bay. Large suite. Breakfast was good and with good view of town on 25th floor. Staff really friendly and service excellent.
