Short walk from the Amtrak station, walking distance to most things we wanted to see. Staff very helpful and friendly. Good value. No restaurant onsite or in-room coffee maker but a cafe and nice lounge area to sit and enjoy a coffee or drink. Exceptionally clean.

Featuring an indoor pool and fitness centre, Residence Inn by Marriott Portland Downtown/Pearl District is located in the city centre of Portland. The pool was excellent for my Daughter. The breakfast wasn't as before obviously because of covid restrictions. So can't fault anyone. A pre arrival email of what to expect would of been appreciated. Some people wore masks others didn't. No one knew really what was going on. State says optional. But should of been mandatory to be considerate to those who feel vulnerable. But the staff as always were lovely and helpful. Bit pricey.
