Self Check-in and Check-out: The self-service kiosk for check-in and check-out made the process quick and hassle-free. 5. 24/7 Availability: The hotel had round-the-clock personnel available in the lobby, ensuring assistance at any time. 6. Approachable Staff: Ms. Quan/Kwan and the other front desk personnel were friendly and approachable. Communication was made easier with the option of using Google Translate Audio. 7. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services could be requested at the front desk or by simply turning on the housekeeping button in the suite door. However, it's important to note that it was a light and simple cleaning. 8. Ample Power Outlets: The room provided plenty of power outlets, which was convenient for charging multiple devices. 9. Laundry usage and Dryer use were very convenient (You can get washing powder from the reception below for 10 TWD or bring along your own to use) 4. Shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste were part of personal toiletries set 5. There was a water dispenser in the common corridor on my room's floor which made it very convenient to get hot water on demand 6. The staff were all really kind and their service was very good!
