To end our trip to Taiwan, we wanted to come and enjoy the Beitou hot springs. While searching for accommodation offers we discovered the Grand Pleasure Spring hotel at an extremely competitive price. As the reviews were good we decided to book. In the end, we are extremely happy to have made this choice. Everything is perfect ! The location is close to all Beitou attractions, the rooms are super comfortable and very clean. The private hot bath is completely amazing and so comfortable after a long day of traveling. And the staff, especially the receptionist, are lovely, polite and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend our friends to come here when they come to Beitou.

It is the best hotel in Beitou - Perfectly located in front of Beitou Library and Museum. It is easy to get to from Taoyuan Airport for a good soak. Facilities are kept very clean. Stylish, Japanese feel to the room meshed with clean-lined modernism. The spa was very enjoyable and the water makes you feel amazing. This is very much a couple’s place though, as the room has zero privacy of any kind- glass walls to the private spa and bathing area. So if you’re traveling with someone, make sure you’re “friendly.” I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Staff were very friendly and attentive; room amenities were excellent; and the breakfast was also wonderful. A great stay!

We managed to get the room at a discount due to last minute booking. Room was clean and grand and in-room onsen bath was perfect. Welcome treats were nice and fancy. Only there for one night, hotpot restaurant and onsen available and location of hotel at top of stairs meant we didn’t end up leaving the hotel until checkout.
