A very hot welcome with great hospitality that made us forget the tiredness of the trip. We arrived early and the staff offer us a free drink and lunch until our presedendial Suite becomes ready. All the staff was amazing and special thanks to Nazli who she helped us very much during our stay. The location of the hotel is very great at the middle of Istanbul and is very close to Tram stop.
