Everyone is nice and gentle. Breakfast succeeded my expectations!!!! Best breakfast so far ! Croissants are made in the morning ! Everything is fresh and so good !

Set in Chiang Mai, less than 1 km from Chiang Mai Gate, Asa Hotel features a tour desk and free WiFi throughout the property. Absolutely perfect. We traveled around Thailand and they were for sure the nicest staff we met. The rooms are super clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The facilities are great as well, the pool is great and there’s a great couch to relax in front of it. Wish I could come back more often.

Really liked the rooms, very spacious, well equipped. Breakfast was really good, we loved being able to grab water as and when we needed it from the fridges downstairs, same with being able to use hot water 24/7. We didn’t use the pool as we had a lot of day trips but it looked really good. Location is excellent too! 15 min walk from the Saturday and Sunday night markets, as well as the night bazaar

If you want to stay in Chiang Mai in a quiet place, out of all noises, with nice clean swimmingpool , kind staff (really kind), super breakfest, free drinking water etc. Just make a reservation here. Aircon didn't make any unpredictable sounds, beds are comfortable, hot water all day. You can prepare espresso all the day, free. Some breakfest fruit available for free too. Breakfest is delicious and they change the menu. Really nice food. To the center 10min walk. Saturday market starts 100m from the hotel.

Friendly staff - they invited me to their personal gathering. Clean room with a mini refrigerator. Cola, juice, water, and snacks were refilled everyday. Wonderful breakfast - a variety of dishes including sweeties and fruits.

The property is perfectly situated in Chiang Mai and is near some great night markets and restaurants and pretty much all of the city is easily reachable through the grab app or if you want you can rent an electric bike at a nearby shop. The staff from the front desk works to the housekeepers we’re incredibly kind and super helpful whenever we needed help. It was great starting the day seeing the positivity from the staff at breakfast and throughout the day and night.
