El Hotel De Wualai, situado en Chiang Mai, a 400 metros de Wat Sri Suphan, ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, estacionamiento privado gratuito, pileta al aire libre y centro de fitness. The hotel was lovely, the room size was very good, and the hydrotherapy bath was brilliant! The location was also very good, easy to walk into the old town. The laundry facility was amazing, very quick and good value for money.

La atención del personal es la mejor que he tenido en todo Tailandia. Me ayudaron increíblemente con un grave problema que tuve con mis tarjetas de crédito y débito, prácticamente no hubiese podido avanzar en mi viaje sin su ayuda. El personal es el más confiable de todos. Las instalaciones son buenas y el jardín es increíble, perfecto para relajarse.

Me gustó absolutamente todo de este hotel, la pileta la gente, las instalaciones y su ubicación. Tienen un excelente servicio, dan snacks gratis y café expreso libre. Además los que atienden fueron un 10, nos ayudaron con todo. Son buenos recomendadores también . Sin duda si vuelvo a Chiang mai me quedo en este hotel

Customer service is amazing and excellent. Dream and the cute young lady (the receptionists) always greet us with a cheery smile and asked us about our day. Not only a receptionist but also concierge too giving us advice on activities and helping us book an elephant sanctuary tour and cooking lessons. These were same price as if we did ourselves but it was nice to have Dream do the booking in Thai for us. There is a young man who is na very helpful person. The hotel is 4 stories without an elevator and he will help carry your luggage up and down the stairs. He is always smiling and asking if he can help us. The staff are super nice, kind and friendly, they treat you feel like part of the family. The hotel is modern, warm, clean in great walking location distance to everything. Comfortable bed with two pillows per guest. Our room have a small balcony and a clothes drying rack. The room is daily stocked up with couple glass bottle of water, coke and snacks. There are bicycles available for guest to borrow. Delicious Thai & western home cook meal for breakfast. Every day the variety of dishes are rotated daily. Overall comments: Na Baan ya feel like home sweet home a nice cozy hotel just outside the old city; easy walking distance to lots of local markets, restaurants and cultural sites; and most of all, great staff that are welcoming and will ensure your stay is memorable.

The property is perfectly situated in Chiang Mai and is near some great night markets and restaurants and pretty much all of the city is easily reachable through the grab app or if you want you can rent an electric bike at a nearby shop. The staff from the front desk works to the housekeepers we’re incredibly kind and super helpful whenever we needed help. It was great starting the day seeing the positivity from the staff at breakfast and throughout the day and night.
