We got the Grand Deluxe with Garden view room and it was absolutely fantastic! The room Amazing bed, incredibly comfort - we slept like babies ahahaha! The room was very, very spacious and the design is just great. We had all the necessary stuff in the room, including flip flops for each of us - especially as we were going quite often to the swimming pool. I loved the fact that they have their own line of toiletries, coming in full-size (shower gel, shampoo and conditioner), with the possibility to buy them for your home at the reception. Thank you for being a sustainanable property in this sense! The AC worked well all the time and the Wifi was really good for us - also there is a possibility to connect your phone to the TV for Netflix - highly appreciated. BONUS: you have in the room a 'dossier' with EVERYTHING about Chiang Mai - from best restaurants and coffee places to experiences and must sees. They prepared everything for you! :) Services The pool is a must-go. The size is ok for the hotel, and I loved the 'smoky' touch to it. The breakfast options are limited, but tasty. I, myself, am a person who hates waste and in general most of the hotels I have been to have a buffet breakfast that throws away a lot of food :). This is the first hotel that works on 'ordering' basis, in the sense that you get a menu with breakfast options that you can choose from. You will get the basic croissants, fruits, butter anyways, on top of what you will be ordering. The staff and concierge.. chapeau bas! These people made our stay brilliant. I cannot thank enough to the staff that went out of their way to accommodate us: from an earlier check-in, to ordering Grab/taxis for us aaaaand day trips around Chiang Mai. We came to Chiang Mai with no idea what to do, but the staff helped us book a great 1 day trip to Chiang Rai and a wonderful Spa experience at 'The Home Spa' (which I highly recommend).

Bedroom is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast spread is good for a small hotel. I especially like the coffee machine. I like to compliment the front desk staff, Namwhan and Dream. They are courteous and helpful. The location is a short walk to the old city. It is also close to the night bazaar. Many halal food outlets.

I have stayed here first time and I feel like I would definitely come again and stay here on my next trip to Chiang mai. The staff here are really really friendly and helpful. They definitely make you feel like you belong. The interior in the lobby is also very chic and definitely makes you feel at home no matter where you’re from. As for the rooms, it is really spacious, and there is even a living area, which has a comfortable couch. The bed was really big and comfortable with enough pillows as well as a really big sheet. There is a pool as well as many shops around here, making it like a small town in itself and you can get anything you need in just a stones throw away.

Everything is new. The place is clean, room is big and great breakfast. The staffs are very friendly. Will definitely choose to stay there when I visit Chiang Mai again. I really love the place. It always feel good to wake up every morning to a nice hotel room. It's not that expensive, but you feel like you have it all.
