Also Ahmed Walid who was very polite, supportive, gave us assistance and also followed up after our check out and leaving the hotel, and contacted me directly to inform me that we missed our mobile and child’s pullover. They were very honest.

Our stay at the hotel was truly fantabulous, exceeding our expectations in every way. Eager to make my daughter's birthday a memorable one, I approached the lady at the reception to inquire about any available birthday packages. She assured me that she would be in touch and asked us to proceed to our room. Shortly thereafter, we received a call informing us of an unexpected upgrade. Upon our return to the room, we were astonished to find that our belongings had been transferred to a beautiful suite adorned with rose petals, accompanied by a delightful cake and fruit basket. This thoughtful gesture made my daughter's day truly unforgettable. We are immensely grateful for the exceptional 5-star customer service provided by Mohamed Abu Nefissa and Hala. We look forward to returning in the future.
