The room was super comfy ,spaciuos, neat, clean and romantic The staff were very helpful specially Anwar and Maysara. There was a problem with spa hot water and was solved quickly. no view at the sea, however nice neighbourhood.

Attached to Jeddah’s Red Sea Mall, this modern hotel offers stylish rooms with free internet access and a flat-screen TV. Facilities include a spa with a steam bath. It was in an excellent location. We could walk out of the hotel and straight into the mall which was amazing. There was also a food supermarket next door as part of the mall. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly to us from the minute we arrived. They included the kitchen/dining room staff, the doorman and the porters and the receptionist.

Good atmosphere, and good house keeping by Arfin was so nice and hardworking on his job, the staff’s were friendly. Had a great time and good view by the sea
