True definition of prestige. Walk in like royalty, walk out feeling elite. Friendly staff, high-end luxurious amenities, which make you want to stay in bed or the shower. We received a generous beyond expectation upgrade to an opulent suite. The fine detail of this hotel can only be appreciated by an eye that is blessed with capturing elegance. Walk in to a drop of the liquid gold oud on your skin that lingers for hours making you feel true arab aura captured in its scents that brim with affluence. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was amazing -- they had more traditional Middle Eastern breakfast things (foul, falafel, salad, etc) and also eggs, croissants, toast, fruit, etc. It was all delicious! I also loved the Arabian coffee in the lobby the afternoons. The staff was also very kind, they let me borrow a power adapter for my computer, helped me with my bags, and it was my first time in Jeddah so they made me feel welcome and at home. I would definitely go back.

The rest of the staff is the same, including telephone operators, porters etc. The room was full of amenities. The hotel seems to be recently refurbished. It is also a hotel which is not after milking the least cent out of their guests. Service comes first.
