3-star Hotel Gem is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Wrocław – Zacisze, by the bank of River Odra. The property offers free Wi-Fi. Hotel Gem is a typical sports/conference type hotel. Modern, clean and with good service. Check in was quick and the reception staff friendly and efficient. The room was large and comfortable with good wifi. Bathroom had everything you would need with a good shower. I got to breakfast early so everything was warm and fresh. Good choice of food for all tastes.

Very pleasant and helpful staff (we had a language problem with the parking machine, the man from the reception came and solved it). Quality breakfast in a pleasant environment, very quiet and well-equipped room with nice view ( partly botanical garden / partly the Church of the Holy Cross and Saint Bartholomew)

We booked it very spontaneously as we needed to extend our stay in Poland for a couple of days, so we didn't have time to enjoy all the hotel amenities (like the pool), but we would gladly come again, this time for a longer period. The staff at the hotel is very attentive and pleasant to deal with. The breakfast was also enjoyable: a choice of different dishes prepared to your request, and the coffee was also very tasty. The room was very beautiful and spacious; we loved the atmosphere of the old mansion. Additionally, this hotel is pet-friendly, and we had no issues with it, as we have 2 small dogs. A big thanks to the staff, and we look forward to our next visit!
