I really love the location if the property. So quiet and calm away from the buzzing sound of the party in the island. It is spacious and always clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The beach is just outside the place, staff is friendly and helpful, the owner is a lovely lady who is kind and resourceful and Happy (youngest host) is adorable. You won’t miss a thing by staying a few minutes away from the confusion the overrated white beach is and getting the chance to mingle with locals. We loved it and are thankful for switching hotels after spending a night on the messier side of the island. Thank your for our warm and delicious pandesal first thing in the morning. Situated in Boracay, a few steps from White Beach Station 3, Signature Boracay formerly La Banca House offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a shared lounge. The staff was wonderful! The view was beautiful. I loved the swimming pool!
