Situated in Lima, 1.5 km from Playa Redondo, Tierra Viva Miraflores Centro features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Stayed there already for the third time. Before I stayed at another place in Miraflores, which was half price from Tierra Viva and also pretty good. But for me it’s well worth paying a little more for what you get at this place. Perfect rooms (I always ask for high floors and they always give it to me) and good breakfast at the top floor. Staff is very friendly for a hotel of this size. Besides location is perfect within Miraflores closed to many restaurants and Parque Kennedy.

They have also prepared a breakfast box for us in the day we left as we had to leave very early in the morning.

My family and I stayed at this little boutique hotel both before and after our trip to Machu Picchu. We arrived before the designated check-in time (2pm) for both stays, and on both occasions they let us check in early without charge, which was much appreciated after long hours of traveling! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, and it's evident that they take pride in their hotel and their work. The showers are a bit cramped, but the water pressure was good and the water was hot. The rooms are very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable - my #1 requirement in a hotel. The breakfast was simple but thoughtfully prepared, i.e., eggs to order and espresso drinks plus juice, fruit, and toast. For the price, in this neighborhood, and given the warmth of the staff, you really can't find a better option than Blu Hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Miraflores! I loved every moment there; made-to-order breakfast, tastefully decorated room with a huge balcony, the cooking class (a MUST DO!), and sleeping on a wonderful bed. The hotel is within walking distance to many places in Miraflores (super-safe, modern) neighborhood like the seaside restaurants, etc.

Shower/ toilet was excellent. The breakfast was delicious as well as the food in plural restaurant. All the staff are very friendly. The location is wonderful with many restaurants nearby as well as a money exchange directly across from the hotel. The Kennedy Park is walking distance as well as the lookout/ boardwalk.
